Actual product colors MAY vary from mock up photo due to device display capabilities and monitor settings. Every print is different and has different color variations, especially in the watercolor graphics and/or after heat pressing. Please be aware of this before purchase as we DO NOT accept returns, cancellations or exchanges for our products. We are not responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly. Please make sure you are using the correct material, color, and press settings prior to pressing your transfer.

We print as files are received. Suggested uploading file quality is 300 DPI or greater. By uploading a file, you assume responsibility for low quality, color and background.

All sizing purchased is measured by the longest side of the design (height or width). We do not warp images to fit into a square. If files are not cropped (all excess space around image), sizes may vary. Our software sizes images based on the entire size of the file, not just the centered image. While we do our best to crop files closer to the size of the image, consistency is not guaranteed, as this is a service we offer at no additional charge.

Turnaround Time is 3-5 business days. This begins the business day following the day you ordered (no matter what time the order was placed). Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. If you need to rush your order, we offer a "push me to the front of the line" option. Please add that to your order before checking out.

If you need design services (background removal, color changes, etc), please email us prior to uploading to ensure the correct file is printed.
