Shipping policy

We ship within 3-5 business days of an accurate file received. If you upload a custom that is in the incorrect format, has a background or incorrectly sized gang sheets, this will push back your order production. 

We also offer a rush option for $20 to push your order to the front.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been scanned in but we are happy to help you locate it and/or file a claim if necessary.
