Heat Press Instructions:

• Cotton: 300–320°F for 8–15 seconds | High pressure

• Polyester/Synthetics/Blends: 260–275°F for 8–15 seconds | High pressure

• Peel Type: Cold peel

• Repress: 5 seconds with parchment paper, butcher paper, or a heavy cotton shirt
