DTF Heat Transfer Application Guide – Cold Peel | High Pressure | For Cotton & Polyester Fabrics

Our transfers are made to order with a standard 3–5 business day turnaround depending on inventory. Use these recommended press settings for optimal adhesion, color retention, and durability.

Recommended Press Settings:

Cotton: 300–320°F for 8–15 seconds | High pressure

Polyester, Synthetics & Blends: 260–275°F for 8–15 seconds | High pressure

Peel Method: Cold peel – wait until the transfer cools fully before peeling from one corner

Repress: 5 seconds with parchment paper or a heavy cotton shirt to seal the design
